Joseph J. Bitzer, Mission March 2, 1945

On the 2nd, up to Brescia marshalling yards, not far from Verona. Looks like we're trying to keep supplies from getting down to the front lines further south in Italy. This trip took 7 hours and 20 minutes, Royce toggled our bombs away as we bumped and swayed in the air churned up with lots of prop wash and exploding flak. We snacked on our C rations and other goodies we might bring along, when we had the chance, relaxed on the way home with pun and fun time by our resident jokester, Joe.

376 ARCHIVES

The website 376bg.org is NOT our site nor is it our endowment fund.

At the 2017 reunion, the board approved the donation of our archives to the Briscoe Center for American History, located on the University of Texas - Austin campus.

Also, the board approved a $5,000 donation to add to Ed Clendenin's $20,000 donation in the memory of his father. Together, these funds begin an endowment for the preservation of the 376 archives.
