12/27/44 – Bressanone Italy, B24 (J) #77 ( What Next ) 7 hours 40 minutes, Flew at 22,000 Feet, Temp. -30 degrees, Flack moderate and inaccurate, Flew lead ship, We were the only ship out of Squadron to reach the target. In Udine area Flack hit us Intense and very accurate,
#3 Feathered every part of ship hit, about 30 large holes. Roughest Mission so far. Made 360 Then 180 then 270 over target in order to find it. Missed Bridge but hit tracks alongside of it.

At the 2017 reunion, the board approved the donation of our archives to the Briscoe Center for American History, located on the University of Texas - Austin campus.

Also, the board approved a $5,000 donation to add to Ed Clendenin's $20,000 donation in the memory of his father. Together, these funds begin an endowment for the preservation of the 376 archives.
