Daniel Rice, mission December 19, 1943
12/19 1943 Augsburg, Germany. ME Development Plant. Dropped on or near target about 11:50. Unsure due to cloud cover. Hit by another B-24 from our formation about 12:15 and about 135 miles south of Augsburg. Landed by parachute near Canazei. Italy; about 20 miles east of Bolzano and about 35 miles south of the Brenner Pass. About four hours and fifteen minutes of flying time.

At the 2017 reunion, the board approved the donation of our archives to the Briscoe Center for American History, located on the University of Texas - Austin campus.
Also, the board approved a $5,000 donation to add to Ed Clendenin's $20,000 donation in the memory of his father. Together, these funds begin an endowment for the preservation of the 376 archives.
