I have a photograph of the crew taken at the time of training in Pueblo, Colorado. The original caption as it appeared in the newspaper is: "CRACK COMBAT CREW. Sgt. Otto J. Sands, second from left, bottom row, son of Mr. and Mrs. Aaron P. Sands, 517 Trendley Avenue, is a tail gunner in a crack combat crew now completing its training at the Pueblo, Colo., Army Air base.
