Does anyone know what happened to this web site? I found the page with my dad's crew photo on it and links to stories told by surviving members, including Red Baker, Sam Carbone, Stan Adelson, and my dad. This was a while back (2000?), and for awhile Red Baker corresponded with Dad through my late mom's e-mail. I guess we didn't print the stories, though, and I could really kick myself for that. I can't find this web site anywhere. I guess it was called "WARBIRD WORLD WIDE" as there's a link on the bottom of the page that says "RETURN TO WARBIRD WORLD WIDE HOME." This was the Severson crew based in San Pancrazio, Italy, 15th Air Force, 376th Bomb Group, 513th Squadron. If you have ANY info on this site, please let me know at liblair@hotmail.com.
The website 376bg.org is NOT our site nor is it our endowment fund.
At the 2017 reunion, the board approved the donation of our archives to the Briscoe Center for American History, located on the University of Texas - Austin campus.
Also, the board approved a $5,000 donation to add to Ed Clendenin's $20,000 donation in the memory of his father. Together, these funds begin an endowment for the preservation of the 376 archives.
